HEART CENTRED BREATHWORK

Heart Centred Breathwork automatically unfolds before you know from :

There are two models of Heart Centred Breathwork we practice
1. Dynamic Breathwork
This is a deeper breathwork session and is done laying down and breathing through your mouth.
Dynamic Breathwork should only be done in person.
2. Core Clearing Breathwork
This is a less intense breathwork session and is done sitting up and breathing through your nose.
Core Clearing Breathwork can be done online or in person.
Fees are payable up front although if you would like to try the one week session first and then move on to the five or ten session programmes the difference in the initial cost will be deducted.
Sessions can be done in person (Mt. Waverley, VIC) or the Core Clearing can be done online via Zoom which is just as effective.

DYNAMIC BREATHWORK
The Dynamic Breathwork session is a deeper method for clearing emotional blockages and opens the heart space safely. As your facilitator I help the process to reveal itself but it's you, the client who brings forward the experience through mystery and heart intelligence. Dynamic Breathwork frees the breath, and you begin to feel energy within your body, noticing sensations and feelings that have always been there, but you have not recognised up until now. Dynamic Breathwork can relieve stress, anxiety and physical pain while increasing happiness, vitality and can also give you a clearer vision in life. It can range from a deeply relaxing experience to a deeply emotional experience. Every Dynamic Breathwork session is different. Your breath, your body and your heart are intelligent and knows what you need at that point in time, and it comes out in the session. As the mystery unfolds you will receive great benefits and journey to a place of love, peace and freedom within yourself.

FIVE WEEK
Dynamic Heart Centred Breathwork

These sessions continue the life changing journey through Dynamic Breathwork and can go a long way to seeing the real you.

CORE CLEARING BREATHWORK
The Core Clearing Breathwork session is a gentle and safe way of healing which comes from your heart space. By accessing heart intelligence, we can gain valuable guidance in our lives.
